Whitepeak Law is a Paris boutique law firm advising on corporate, regulatory and disputes matters where judgment, speed and technical precision are critical.
Whitepeak Law operates where law meets regulated markets. We advise on structuring, licensing, compliance, litigation and cross-border operations across financial services, crypto-assets, artificial intelligence and online gaming.
Our practice is deliberately concentrated. We work with a limited number of clients on matters that require senior attention, absolute discretion and deep regulatory fluency.
Whitepeak Law has also developed an internal RegTech platform, Whitepeak Lab, used to industrialize regulatory delivery on licensing matters.
Founder, Whitepeak Law
Sibylle Diallo-Leblanc is a member of the Paris Bar and the founding partner of Whitepeak Law. Her practice focuses on regulated markets, strategic disputes, and the legal structuring of digital finance and artificial intelligence.
Before founding Whitepeak Law, she was a partner for six years at Beaubourg Avocats, where she led regulatory and litigation matters for French and international clients. She trained at leading international firms, including White & Case and Allen & Overy, with early-career exposure to capital markets, international arbitration and cross-border transactions.
She holds an LL.M from UCLA School of Law, an Executive Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Master's in Business and Tax Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, in partnership with HEC. She has also lectured on European policies at Sorbonne Paris Nord.
